BAT RETURN POLICIES:

Aluminum:
DO NOT take the plastic wrapper off of your new bat upon receipt. Once the plastic wrapper is taken off, the bat cannot be returned to Baseball Warehouse. To ensure proper sizing, have the player hit plastic baseballs or plastic golf balls outdoors to get a good feel for the swing weight of the bat. If the bat is defective it MUST be returned directly to the manufacturer. A list of manufacturer phone numbers has been listed below for your convenience. Defective bat returns WILL NOT and CANNOT be accepted by Baseball Warehouse.

Wood:
Make sure the sizing of your wood bat is correct before use. Once the wood bat has been used, it cannot be returned to Baseball Warehouse. To ensure proper sizing, have the player hit plastic baseballs or plastic golf balls outdoors to get a good feel for the swing weight of the bat. After use, the WARRANTY is void; Neither Baseball Warehouse, nor the manufacturer will accept returns for broken, cracked or otherwise defective wood bats (unless otherwise specified).
