FYI everyone, my credit card was overcharged for my order by $7, even though my original confirmation email allowed all the codes. When I tried to straighten it out, they said you can't stack multiple codes like this. I had to argue just to get them to refund the original shipping price (let's see if it actually happens). Argh. I hope no one else experiences this -- customer service was frustrating to deal with and I ended up having to return everything in the end because they refused to honor the original price.
